Documents are supplied straight away. Before paying, you’ll be asked to confirm you want the document now and understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. If a document is unusable, for example because of a rendering problem, our goodwill refund applies within 7 days.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. All prices include VAT. If you need a VAT invoice, contact us with your order ID.
